comfortable 2-up riding - far more comfort that could be had on a 600R Ninja. The first "V45" (I always loved that sticker on the side of the 750 Interceptor) was a great bike but the replacement VFR was spectacular. With an all-aluminum
frame that didn't "bend" between the steering head and the swing arm pivot and a new gear drive system for more accurate cam timing riding under improved ergonomics, the VFR would lay down the format for a bike that is still being
produced today - surely a record breaker by any standards!
